Hello, my name is Caden! I’m a photographer, graphic designer, and Christian living as a digital nomad.
I decided to leave the dizzying world of finance in 2016 and pursue my passions full-time. Since then, I’ve traveled to 30+ countries and counting. This includes several mission trips in Mexico, Honduras and the Dominican Republic. My medium-term goal is to go on a mission in the Himalayas.
For me photography isn’t just about taking a jaw-dropping image. Each photo is an expression of God’s creation and the special love he has for the world. In this way I also see each image I take as a reflection of myself and the world around me.
In this way photos can take many different forms. Sometimes they are colorful, sometimes black and white, sometimes retro, sometimes gaudy, sometimes calm or sometimes agitated. It is the diversity that breathes life into the character of the images.
“In the calm lies the power” – this is for me not just a saying, but a way of life. Out of this attitude come impressive images that are full of energy and emotion. That’s why I always approach all photo projects as calmly as possible. No hectic, no stress – my top priority! This ultimately gives the photos the expression of the unique.
Photography means for me not only to document, but to capture real feelings and special moments. Thus, a picture that is created in a fraction of a second can reflect the thoughts and impressions of an entire day. Pictures can be objectively very beautiful, but they get weight only when a personal memory or feeling is associated with it.
I love to capture the really special moments in life. It quickly became clear to me what attraction it has for me to photograph people. For me, photography is a feeling of happiness, maybe even a calling. I think who has a desire for something, the knees really into it and can not help but to get better step by step – this is my philosophy and transferred to you can create unique photos in this way.
